When you register for the UnBreakable Business Systems Build Lab, we collect your name, email address, selected workshop session, and payment details through our secure payment processor. We receive confirmation that a payment was completed, not your full card number.

When you complete the Tech Stack Snapshot, we collect the information you choose to share about your business, including your business name, industry, team size, current tools, software spend, and the goals you describe. You are not required to complete the snapshot to attend the workshop.

If you contact us for a private session or ongoing system management, we keep a record of that conversation so we can follow up and support you.

We use your registration information to confirm your seat, communicate the session date and location, and send the pre-work and confirmation emails.

We use your Tech Stack Snapshot to prepare for your lab day, understand your current systems, and identify where we may be able to save you time or money. We never sell your information.

With your permission, we may follow up about ongoing system management or a private build session. You can decline this at any time.

Your information is stored in our customer relationship management platform and processed through secure, industry-standard payment systems. Access is limited to the UB Enterprises team members who need it to run the workshop and support you.

We do not store full payment card details. Payment processing is handled by our payment provider under their own security and compliance standards.

We share your information only with the service providers that help us operate the workshop — for example, our payment processor and our CRM platform. Each provider is bound by their own privacy and security obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We will only disclose it if required by law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of our customers or business.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not legally required to keep it. You can also unsubscribe from non-essential emails at any time using the link in each message.

This site may use essential cookies to function correctly and analytics tools to understand how visitors use the page so we can improve it. We do not use your information to build a profile for targeted advertising.

We keep your registration and snapshot information for as long as needed to run the workshop, support your follow-up, and meet our record-keeping obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize it unless you ask us to keep it.

The Build Lab is intended for business owners and leaders. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information to us, contact us and we will delete it.
